Creating the tension
Note on Creating Tension
Creating tension was a key focus in our film, especially since we aimed to build a strong horror atmosphere. We used a combination of slow pacing, dim lighting, and carefully timed sound effects to keep the audience on edge. The camera movements were intentionally steady and slow, making viewers feel like something unexpected could happen at any moment. We also used silence strategically to make sudden sounds more shocking. All these elements worked together to build suspense and draw the audience deeper into the story.
