 Why We’re Considering a Football Field for Our Media Project


Another location we’re exploring for our media project is a football field, and for good reason. Its expansive layout and open space offer a unique and versatile backdrop that can bring our story to life.


The football field’s vastness provides the perfect opportunity for wide-angle shots and dynamic movements, allowing us to create scenes with a sense of scale and intensity. Its natural outdoor setting adds an authentic and refreshing atmosphere, contrasting beautifully with more confined or urban locations.


What makes the football field particularly appealing is its thematic relevance. It’s a place that embodies teamwork, strategy, and resilience—qualities that resonate with the narrative we’re crafting. Whether it’s a scene of camaraderie, conflict, or personal growth, the field serves as a fitting metaphor for determination and unity.


From a visual standpoint, the neatly marked lines, goalposts, and lush green expanse create a clean and vibrant setting that enhances the overall aesthetic of our project. The flexibility to use both wide-open spaces and intimate corners makes it an ideal choice for a variety of scenes.


We believe the football field’s dynamic environment and symbolic undertones make it a strong contender for our location, adding depth and energy to our project.

 Note on Camera Angles for Our Short Horror Film Objective: In our short horror film, we will employ a range of camera angles to enhance the storytelling and create a chilling atmosphere. Each angle will help shape the audience's perception and emotional response, contributing to the overall horror experience. Planned Camera Angles: 1. High Angle: Purpose: To shoot from above the subject, looking down. Effect: This angle makes characters appear vulnerable or powerless, enhancing feelings of fear and helplessness, especially in critical moments of danger. 2. Low Angle: Purpose: To shoot from below the subject, looking up. Effect: This angle can make characters seem larger, more menacing, or more powerful, heightening tension and creating an intimidating presence for antagonists. 3.
